International outsourcing associations to discuss the future of IT-BPO centers

Senior officials of outsourcing and software associations from around the world, including Australia, Brazil, Europe, Japan, and Russia will discuss how countries and regions can position themselves to compete in the global IT-BPO market in a panel discussion the first day of the International Outsourcing Summit. The discussion, entitled “Emerging Markets: What’s in Store for these IT-BPO Centers?” will be moderated by Alfredo Ayala, BPAP Chairman and President and CEO of LiveIt Investments Ltd.

The panel will be comprised of Martin Noel Conboy, President of the Australian BPO Association; Sergio Pessoa, Director of Marketing and International Markets of the Brazil Association of Software and Services; Armand Angeli, Co-founder and President of the European Outsourcing Association; Valentin Makarov, President of the RUSSOFT Association; and Asheesh Mehra, Head of BPO of APAC Japan and Middle East Infosys.
